Every order receives my personal attention and is packed with love by Janine, Darcy & Tulay. Each item is carefully wrapped with a personal note included. I make every attempt to ship your order on the same business day. New Customer Policy effective January 3, 2018: In order to protect you and to prevent credit card fraud, please make sure you provide a valid email and phone number so I may contact you prior to shipping your order. This must be the email or phone number assigned to the holder of the credit card which will be verified via Google.

Curb Side Pick-Up: Order on-line for local pick up. I am located at 7 Saddle Club Hill Dr, East Greenbush, NY. I currently do not have set pick up hours so please email me at info@overthemoondogs.com or call 518-424-9719 to let me know when you will arrive. 

Free Delivery: Free delivery is available for orders over $30 within a 10 mile radius from our showroom. Please choose the "pickup" option at checkout and comment in the notes box that you would like this order delivered.

USA Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You are only charged actual USPS rates. If I can find a better rate, I will refund you the difference. 

International Orders: Over The Moon Dogs will ship internationally. You may email me at info@overthemoondogs if you would like an estimate of shipping charges. I will work with you to get the best shipping price possible. At this time, international orders will not be accepted from the website but you can order directly by emailing me.

Returns: Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receipt as confirmed by tracking. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must arrange to ship the item back to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund on the purchase price. The item(s) must be received in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included. Shipping fees will not be refunded. In the event that your item requires to be returned for service or exchange, there will be a s/h fee of $3.50 if the date of receipt is beyond 14 days. A leash or collar may be returned to Tuff Lock at any time if it has been damaged, and will be exchanged under the warranty program.
